Ducking Autocorrect has risen as a flagship IPA for BinaryBrewing.co. It reminds us that life isn’t always predictable and that even the best programs get it wrong when they try to predict what you’re thinking. Built as a classic West Coast IPA, its balance is more notable than overpowering hops. The pine and resin notes of classic hops like Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo set the stage for the Warrior hops to add a light citrus all
balanced with a mild juiciness.

HTTPale is a new kid on the BinaryBrewing.co block, but its heritage has been around since the beginning. With our world changing faster than ever before it is important to remember the things that brought us here. The nostalgia of a modem dialing or the aroma of Maris Otter malt take you back to a simpler time. Hoppy enough to satiate the modern hop lover, classic pale hops Cascade, Golding and Nugget link it to pales of yesteryear. While it uses the old school hops and malts it has a crisp balance with a modern brightness that never muddles.

“We’ve always set out to make classic craft ales with no frills and a touch of nostalgia,” explained co-owner Joshua Johnson. “After a long day of brewing or surfing the world wide web, we found ourselves longing for an IPA and a pale ale with some bitterness and balance with the malts. With Ducking Autocorrect and HTTPale we really believe we have found that great balance of classic with modern twist.”

BinaryBrewing.co is the brainchild of a team led by Roger Wood and Joshua Johnson. Wood, a retired Product Management Executive and Johnson, managing partner of Uptown Beer Co. melded together their love of technology and craft beer to create a brewery focused on simple classic beer styles. Brewing, like software coding, is a language. Binary creates digital universes from 1s and 0s. BinaryBrewing.co’s brews aim to create deep flavor from nigh-infinite spectrum of hop and malt combinations.
