Located in The Junction (downtown West Seattle), The Beer Junction is one of Seattle’s premier beer bars and bottleshops. Over the years, it has hosted many events. Once upon a time, Belgian Beer Week was part of the regular lineup, but times change, and that event was retired. Now it’s back!
It’s all about timing. This seems a wise time to enjoy Belgian beers. The event takes place from April 23 to May 4. The Beer Junction is concerned about the impact of the looming tariffs on the cost of imported beer, so this seems the right time. Allow The Beer Junction to explain:
“In light of the looming tariffs on European beverages, we decided to throw it back to a classic TBJ event and bring back Belgian Beer Week! We figured it was as good a time as any to put together a list of great Belgian and Belgian-inspired beers since we don’t know when we’ll get to do it again.”
Here’s the lineup:
- Brasserie Cantillon – Saint Lamvinus
- 3 Fonteinen – Oude Lambik (On The Beer Engine!)
- Brouwerij Verhaeghe – Duchesse de Bourgogne
- Saint Bernardus – Abt. 12
