The 2026 Seattle Mariners are expected to do great things. Local baseball fans are excited, to say the least. It promises to be a busy summer at the ballpark as fans cheer for Cal Raleigh, Julilo Rodriguez, and the rest of the hometown squad.
Finding Good Beer at The Ballpark
This is our annual beer at the ballpark report, helping you find good, craft beer at T-Mobile Park, the home of the Seattle Mariners. We also share a bit of info about the breweries and great beer bars near the ballpark.
- Value Craft Beer
- Overall Craft Beer Selection
- Great Beer Near the Ballpark
- Background Beers and the Mariners
- Share What You Know
For 2026, the craft beer selection is robust, though not quite as adventurous as in some previous years. The opening-day selection may change as the season progresses. We do our research and try to keep this list up to date. If you discover something we’ve missed, please share what you know.

The Ferry Boat Full of Beer

NOT. I’d be remiss not to mention the ferry boat. The Mariners introduced a ferry boat as part of this year’s food lineup. It’s a vessel for carrying all kinds of food, but not beer. If you want to experience a real ferry boat and enjoy a beer on it, check out this story. You can get fish-n-chips, fries, crab nachos, and other things served in a cute ferry boat. It’s been a big hit on the socials, but it really has nothing to do with beer. Alas, any 2026 wrap of what’s happening at the ballpark this year would be lacking without at least a mention of the ferry boat. Gratuitously, that’s what I just did.
Background to Beers at the Mariners Ballpark
Over the years, T-Mobile Park and the Seattle Mariners have shown various levels of dedication to local craft beer. At one point, to be honest, it was a bit over the top and seemed a bit performative. You, literally, could get a hand-pumped cask ale or a barrel-aged imperial stout at the ballpark. While such beers have their place, I am not sure a Major League Baseball stadium is one of them. Although some hardcore beer lovers were excited about such extreme beer options at the ballpark, the vast majority of fans didn’t care.

These days, the beer selection at T-Mobile Park is more predictable and appropriate. Local beer lovers may wish the selection included more options from their favorite regional breweries, but everyone should recognize that baseball fans in Seattle still enjoy better and more beer options than you’ll find at most big league ballparks.

Overall Craft Beer Selection
Canned Beer
I am a big fan of canned beer at the ballpark, mostly because I’m clumsy. While there are other canned options at T-Mobile Park, I share my top picks below. NOTE: Bodhizafa IPA is the most ubiquitous beer at the ballpark this year; you’ll find it everywhere, which is appropriate given Bodhi’s widespread popularity here in Mariners Country. PRO TIP: Bring a koozie to the ballpark with you.

Nearby Beer Destinations (Near the ballpark)
We have a few recommendations for grabbing a beer before or after the game.
- Fast Fashion Brewing is located on 1st Avenue, just a couple of blocks south of T-Mobile Park. It’s a fun and eclectic taproom. The brewery is easy to miss, so look for the A-board and trust that it is right next door to Hooverville. The bar is in the back, not visible from the street. The beers are excellent, with much attention given to lagers and IPAs. Pizza available. Kids are welcome. 1723 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134.
- Hooverville Bar is a grungy, fun tavern with a great lineup of local craft beers on tap and cocktails if you need them. It’s located right next to Fast Fashion Brewing. The crowd is usually robust and lively before and after games. There are two bars. Hot tip: head to the back bar when it’s busy. This is no place for children (21+). 1721 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134.
- Flatstick Pub, Pioneer Square, is about .5 miles north of T-Mobile Park in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. The beer selection is fabulous; 100 percent local, Washington-brewed beers only. It is essentially a craft beer bar with a miniature golf problem. Games, yes, but after 7pm this place is for grownups only (21+). Golf, yes, but you are more than welcome to only drink. 240 2nd Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104.
- Lowlander Brewing, Pioneer Square, is about .5 miles north of the ballpark, very near the football stadium. The new kid on the block opened in December 2025. It’s beautiful and prominently positioned on a historic corner (the former home of FX McRory’s). The beer is great, and the food concept comes from one of Seattle’s rockstar chefs, Renee Ericson. 419 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104.
- Farther afield – Ghostfish Brewing is one mile south of the ballpark on 1st Avenue and offers tasty beers and good food at its all-ages brewpub. It’s all gluten-free. This is, perhaps, the nation’s top gluten-free brewery. 2942 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134.
- Farther afield –Seapine Brewing has a lovely all-ages taproom just off First Avenue. It’s about one mile south of the ballpark, at 2959 Utah Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. It’s really good beer.
