E9 Brewery announces new beer releases:
Tacoma, WA. – 5/7/2015 – We are excited to unleash a few new beers and a few new versions of older beers to our draft accounts through Alpha Beer Distribution.
New American Pales: two new APA’s that will be produced regularly throughout the year-
Don of Time APA: A classic Northwest style pale with heavy dry-hop additions of mosaic and amarillo hops to give it bright stone fruit and melon aromatics. 5.4% ABV, 49 IBU’s.
Todd the Bod: Another fine NW style APA, this time slightly more bitter and dry-hopped with citra, jarrylo and sorachi ace hops. 5.6% ABV and 53 IBU’s
New and “Old” Beer: Holy Diver- a new version of our Belgian Dark Strong, barrel aged for 9 months in cabernet barrels. Classic dried fruit notes with a hint of the barrel in the nose. 9.9%ABV (1/6 bbls. only)
Ville de Destin Sauvage: A new release using our ‘Tacoma Wild’ locally sourced yeast strain, Slow fermented in Bourbon barrels for 7 months. Tart and funky just as we like it. 6.4% (1/6 bbls. only)
Tac-City Light- A collaboration lager with Gold medal winning Kevin Davies (Gordon Biersch). Amazingly clear unfiltered lager brewed with cascade and centennial hops. 5.0% ABV (limited
amount of 1/2 bbls).
Some of these will be available at several of our Seattle Beer Week events.
