A refreshingly fruity and light sparkling sour best enjoyed on a relaxing summer afternoon in an Italian garden of olives. Our version of the peach bellini is inspired by true hospitaliano with peach and apricot purees blended into our dry sparkling sour base. Available in draft and in 4-packs
Cuke Nukem Cucumber Sour (5.5 % ABV):
Our WA Beer Awards silver medal-winning pro-am collaboration with Blake Doepker is back! This kettle sour, brewed with real cucumber, is clean and tart with undertones of sweet, grassy cantaloupe. Limited draft release

Ube Coconut Sour (5.6%): Our house golden kettle sour base with real toasted coconut and sweet ube. Limited draft release
TropiCoolship Sour (6.0% ABV): We pushed our favorite blend of 18-36 month old blonde coolship barrels into our blending tank with key lime, mango, and peach purees to age an additional 12 months. The resulting beer is bright and tart with notes of key lime pie, luscious stone fruit and a hint of coconut. Limited draft release

Barley Rae Jepsen Canadian Lager – COLLABORATION WITH GEORGETOWN BREWING COMPANY (4.2% ABV): Georgetown and Lucky Envelope Didn’t Just Come Here to Dance. This Love of lager Isn’t Crazy so we encore-brewed our oh-So Nice collaboration with all-Canadian Malts and Sasquatch hops.
