On Saturday, July 16th Black Raven Brewing releases the 2016 version of La Mort Bourbon, one of the brewery’s most highly decorated barrel-aged beers. This beer is a member of Black Raven’s Corbeaux Series and historically has been very sought after. This is the second vintage the brewery has bottled.

Beer Description:

La Mort Bourbon is born from a marriage between La Petite Mort and freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels. In La Mort Bourbon, we use multiple specialty malts to create a rich, complex beer and then follow with maturation in American oak bourbon barrels. 11.2% ABV.

This fine ale has been aged for months and is ready to drink. No further cellar time is required.
