Attention sour beer fans. This Friday Aug 28th at 4:00 pm, Urban Family Brewing releases bottles of two new barrel-aged, farmhouse-style sour ales. These are the latest additions to the Fancy Sauce series. If you loved the Fancy Sauce Brennan and the Fancy Sauce Dale, you need to try the Peche and the Raspberry.
Fancy Sauce: Raspberry. The brewery describes it as, “Aged in white wine barrels with our house microflora for 13 months with three different raspberry additions totaling more than 90pounds per barrel. This beer is bright red, dry with a super pungent raspberry effervescence.”
Fancy Sauce: Peche: The Brewery describes it as, “”Baby Cakes Peach aged in white wine barrels for 9 months with a 50 puound addition of fresh Washington peaches.”
