Executive Chef Kerry White, Director of Brewing Operations Doug Hindman, and Lake City Head Brewer Dan Ashley have tenaciously raided our cellar and persevered through long tasting tasting sessions to bring you a five course, Prix Fixe menu that is thoughtfully paired with our Elliott Bay beers. There will be barrel aged selections, seasonals, and house standards.”
