Just a quick note about a new beer that Beardslee Public House is adding to the rotation today, Rooster Rye Pale Ale.  It will replace the Four Ginger IPA which is going on a 3-4 week hiatus.

Rooster Rye Pale Ale

“One can smell the citrus and stone fruit from the Amarillo hops on the nose. On the palate, the rye shines through with a nice spice quality that adds complexity to a classic NW style pale.”

38 IBU’s , 6.10% Alc./Vol.
