Organizers of the annual Tumwater Artesian Brewfest say they have room for more breweries to participate in this year’s festival on Saturday, August 17th. Contact info below. In recent years, some of the region’s largest beer festivals have bowed out, but this festival endures. And why not? Tumwater, WA has a long and proud beer tradition to uphold!
Most beer festivals lean one way or the other. They are more about the beer and less about the festival or they are more about the festival and less about the beer. Tumwater Artesian Brewfest balances the two. Fun and games, live music, and all the festival stuff, but also the brewmentation tent, which provides festivalgoers with a geekier experience.
The event takes place on Saturday, August 17th in Tumwater, WA. The South Sound region is one of the fastest growing areas in the Northwest–lots of new home construction, and lots of thirsty people relocating the area. This festival is a perfect blend of community fun and beer geekery. They have no problem selling tickets to local beer lovers or attracting local sponsors, but this year they still have room for more breweries.
