For the 2019 version of FIFA we decided to take this beer back to its roots. Rather than creating an IPA with Belgian yeast, we sought to create a hoppy Belgian beer. The classic yeast profile is balanced against Southern Hemisphere hops to create a flavor experience that is best described as Fruit Stripe gum. Krausening created the carbonation in this beer, giving it a more refined finish.
