A Good Old-Fashioned Summer Arrives at Copperworks Kenmore

Copperworks Kenmore introduces a couple of food specials and a good, old-fashioned cocktail for the summer.

Copperworks Kenmore gives a nod to nostalgia (with a twist!) this season (think an ice‑cold Coke and berries plucked fresh from the vine) as it rolls out its summer offerings from De La Soil and the Copperworks Barrel House. (Cocktail image by Kevin Donovan/Copperworks Distilling Co.)

Please find Copperworks Kenmore’s latest summer offerings below for any applicable seasonal food, drink, or dining coverage. Fresh from the garden and timeless from the glass.

DE LA SOIL SUMMER MENU

Farm‑to‑kitchen restaurant, De La Soil is highlighting seasonal ingredients with dishes built around what’s coming out of the ground right now.

The Blooming Onion Walla Walla features sweet Walla Walla onions with hoisin mayo, summer onion furikake, okonomiyaki sauce, skipjack bonito, and aonori.

The Berry Pavlova layers crisp meringue with miso caramel, passionfruit curd, and macerated berries for a summer-forward dessert centered on peak fruit.

Copperworks Distilling Co. Refreshes Timeless Classic

Copperworks Distilling Co. has brought the classic whiskey and coke to new heights with the smoky flavor of Copperworks Peatsmith American Single Malt Whiskey.

Try this pairing in two refreshing ways at Copperworks Barrel House this summer:

The Peatsmith Coke Old Fashioned uses a house-made Coke syrup and aromatic bitters for a spirit-forward take on a familiar favorite.

Order a Peatsmith & Coke and enjoy it as the classic mixed drink, served with a lime wedge.
