Two recent beer releases from Garden Path Fermentation

Because of the kind of beers Garden Path Fermentation produces, it took some time for things to progress to the point that the brewery could release beers. Garden Path opened in 2018 and the wait was painful at first, but over the past several months they’ve really ramped up the beer releases. If you are not yet familiar, their beer is very, very good stuff.

Today we share news of two new offerings from Garden Path Fermentation: Ron’s Not Bitter and The Spontaneous Ferment Raspberries. The latter of the two is the brewery’s “first fruited 100 percent.” Spontaneously fermented, coolship inoculated, you know the deal. Garden Path.

One beer released a couple weeks ago, the other just released. Here are the two release announcements.

Garden Path Fermentation announces the release of their newest edition of Ron’s Not Bitter, a native yeast fermentation take on a classic UK-style bitter. This flavorful ale was brewed with roasted unmalted rye, hopped with PNW Fuggle and Golding, and keg and bottle conditioned with local blackberry honey.

Light in body and alcohol at 4.3% ABV with a delicate but pronounced malt focus, Ron’s Not Bitter is equally great as an accompaniment to a nice meal or just as a refreshing afternoon treat.
