Join Lucky Envelope Brewing in Seattle this Saturday, June 15th for the release of five (yes, five) new beers! “We’re giving you all the summer staples you could need from a lager to a hefeweizen to a watermelon sour,” says the event page on Facebook. “All of these releases will be available on draft and in 4-packs so you can taste them all at our taproom and grab a few to-go for your summer adventures.”

Echelon Form: 10° Austrian Lager
Lowercase and Formula Brewing Collaboration
(4.2% ABV) – The lager nerds at Formula, Lowercase, and Lucky Envelope present to you this unfiltered Austrian Abzugbier. We reduced our ever-expanding lager matrix down to its essential echelon form with a recipe of Weyermann Barke Vienna and Bohemian Dark malts, Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger hops, and endless lagering patience.

Hefeweizen
(5.2% ABV) – A warm-weather staple! Our hefeweizen is brewed with Weyermann Pilsner and a blend of wheat malts giving you the classic and refreshing Bavarian Hefeweizen notes of banana and clove.

Horchata Cinnamon Stout
(6.0% ABV) – The Horchata Cinnamon Stout builds on our house stout recipe with British crystal, roasted barley, flaked barley, and Munich and two-row malts. In search of a true horchata flavor, we added traditional ingredients including rice, cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of almond. Out of respect for traditional horchata recipes, this beer is lactose-free.

Idaho 7 West Coast IPA
(6.4% ABV) – Our newest West Coast IPA brewed with pilsner malt and malted wheat. Hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Strata for a balanced notes of pineapple and pine needles.

Watermelon Splash Tea Sour
(5.6% ABV) – Real Watermelon puree and Watermelon Splash Herbal Tea infused into our house golden sour base. The Watermelon Splash blend contains green rooibos tea, watermelon, apple pieces, strawberry pieces, and hibiscus. Just in time for summer, this sour is refreshing, light, and lined with a touch of sweetness like the perfect bite of watermelon.
