We got a report from Drew Cluley (Pike’s Head Brewer) about Monday night’s Rock’em Sock’em Robot Tournament at the Latona. In doing so, Drew broke the first rule of Fight Club.

Fun was had by all, especially the large Pike contingent that entered the tournament. Chris Lennert (from Colorado’s Left Hand Brewing) ran a great Fight Club. Drew marched through a strong field of 16 to win the tournament and take home the prize $$.

Dick Cantwell (Elysian’s Brewmaster), it should be noted, arrived too late to compete but he gets the nod for bringing his own set of robots–an authentic, original 30 year old set.
