We originally told you about Foggy Noggin back in October (read that post). Now we’ve learned that Foggy Noggin Brewing is poised to commence operations in Bothell. As we understand it, they’ll be a nano brewery. Meaning, they’ll produce beer a 1/2 barrel at a time. They’ll focus on English style ales.

Remember the date – December 22, 2009. This is the date Foggy Noggin Brewing passed our final building permit inspection. We are good to go and ready to start brewing our beers. Grand opening TBD – late Feb or early March 2010. Stay tuned.
