The brewery just announced the opening of its new location in Battleground, Washington

Christine and Doug Ellenberger opened Everybody’s Brewing about 16 years ago in White Salmon, a small town on the Washington side of the Columbia River Gorge. The brewpub is a year-round destination for Gorge residents and tourists alike. Everybody’s Brewing is a firmly established part of the Pacific Northwest craft beer community and the community of White Salmon. Now, the brewery brings this same sense of connection to Battle Ground, Washington. The new location is now open, but the grand opening celebration is yet to come.

The new Everybody’s Brewing location might seem familiar to Southwest Washington’s beer lovers. It is the former home of Northwood Public House. Christine Ellenburger says they intend to honor the established community at the pub. “We love the Northwood scene and we are committed to maintaining its charm and special place in the Battle Ground community,” said Christine.

Doug Ellenburger adds, “We so admire what Eric and Paula have created at  Northwood, and we are super excited about the future. We look forward to working with the amazing team at  Northwood and sharing a pint with the loyal patrons.”

For 10 years, owners Eric and Paula Starr operated Northwood Public House with a family-oriented and worker-focused mindset. Eric says that these shared values make the transition feel natural. “Northwood has always been a labor of love, so it was our highest priority to hand things off to someone who shares our values and passion. We could not be happier that the handoff is to Everybody’s – they are the perfect folks to take Northwood forward.”
