Burke-Gilman Brewing Turns 7 – An Extra-Long Weekend of Beer & Fun!
Seattle, WA — Burke-Gilman Brewing is turning seven, and instead of cramming the party into just two days, we’re stretching it into an extra-long weekend — four straight days of beer, brats, and celebration from Friday, Aug 22 through Monday, Aug 25. Here’s the lineup:
- Friday – Karaoke: Beer makes you sound better. Probably.
- Saturday – Live Music: Featuring Dylan Yuste and Racyne Parker. (Yes, actual talent, not just your tipsy friend with a guitar.)
- Sunday – $7 Pints: Because we’re seven, and that’s how birthday math works.
- Monday – Smarty Pints: A scientist lectures while you drink. Nerd heaven.
All weekend long: special beer releases + bratwursts on the grill = happiness.
Bonus news: We’ve got a new head brewer, Chaz Lakip, already brewing up fresh ideas (and even fresher hops) for the years ahead.
“We wouldn’t be here without this amazing community,” said co-owner Kenneth Trease. “So we figured the least we could do is throw you an long weekend of beer, music, and excuses to sing in public.”
