Everybody’s Brewing Celebrates “18 and Life to Go” on October 2nd

Everybody’s Brewing can now legally vote. The brewery, based in White Salmon, Washington, has a plan to celebrate its 18th birthday, and you are invited. Some of you may be headed to nearby Hood River, Oregon that weekend anyway. The celebration at Everybody’s Brewing is on Friday, October 2nd. Wait, what? Friday? Read on.

Across the Columbia, in Hood River, Oregon, the festival formerly known as Hood River Hops Fest has evolved into the Hood River Orchard & Ale Festival, expanding its focus to celebrate both fresh-hop beers and autumn craft ciders. But before that event happens on Saturday, spend some time on the Washington side of the river and raise a pint, or two, to Everybody’s Brewing. It’s an 80s-themed party.

With hair held firmly big by Aqua Net Super Extra Hold Hairspray, the band Skid Row said it best: “Your crime is time and its eighteen and life to go.” Surely, some of you know what I’m talking about.

Here are the event details

All Day | Anniversary Food Specials
We’ll be celebrating all day long with special food offerings from the kitchen, so come hungry and stop in anytime.

5 to 9 pm | Lil Fresh Fest
Fresh hop season is too good not to share. We’ll have nine fresh hop beers pouring throughout the pub, including Everybody’s and freshies from some of our brewery friends. Grab your tasting tickets and make your way around the beer stations to try them all, revisit your favorites, or use your tickets however you please.

5 to 9 pm | Local Artist Market
Sip while you shop with a collection of local artists and makers downstairs in our brewery space. Check out what they’ve been creating and show some love to our local creative community.

Lil Freshies Kids Area
Bring the whole crew. We’ll have a dedicated Lil Freshies Kids Area with some fun for our littlest partygoers, too.

6 to 9 pm | Live Music
We’re doubling up on live music for the night with two live acts playing throughout the evening, one in the brewery and one out on the deck. Wander between the two, grab a fresh hop beer, and rock out with us.

Anniversary Toast and 80s Contests
This year’s anniversary theme is Skid Row “18 and Life,” so break out the denim, tease up that hair (biggest hair and best mullet contest!), and come celebrate 18 years of Everybody’s Brewing with us.

Between music sets, we’ll raise a glass to 18 years of Everybody’s Brewing with an anniversary toast and crown the winners of a few very important competitions.

Biggest Hair | Best Mullet. Consider this your official permission to go completely overboard.
