Something showed up in my inbox this morning that made me say, “Does everyone understand what’s happening down at Georgetown Brewing?” It was my regular update from the brewery and it included the current beer lineup at the recently expanded taproom (see below).
Many craft beer drinkers associate Georgetown Brewing with its flagship products, like Bodhizafa IPA, Lucille IPA, and Manny’s Pale Ale, but the brewery produces a much wider variety of beers. Many of these beers are one-offs, experimental, and uber-rare. Many of these beers are only available at the brewery’s tasting room, and until recently you could only get wee little taster-sized beers.
It’s hardly news, but Georgetown Brewing recently opened its new and expanded taproom at the brewery in Seattle, changing the way it serves beer. (See our previous post.) Instead of savoring little taster-sized pours, you are free to order a full glass of one of the many offerings. Many? Yes, many. In excess of 24 different beers on tap.

Personally, I am lazy and forgetful so it is advantageous to have the information pushed to me via email.
