Beer and Food Pairing Tonight at Watershed Pub and Kitchen

On the last Wednesday of each month Seattle’s Watershed Pub and Kitchen hosts a beer and food pairing event: the Convergence Series. This being the final Wednesday of the month, and the year, tonight they welcome Boundary Bay Brewing for this month’s event.

Convergence Series #16 starts tonight at 6:00. For this Convergence they’ll serve six Boundary Bay beers: Bellingham Blonde, Amber Ale, Cedar Dust IPA, Scotch Ale, Old Bounder ’14 Barleywine and Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout.

Suggested food pairings include Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup, Seared Flank Steak Salad, Shepherd Scot’s Pie and a Stout Float for dessert.

$1 from the sale of each Boundary Bay pint will be donated to “Washington Wild,” an organization dedicated to a wide range of issues that affect our public lands, waters and wildlife.
