On Saturday, October 5th Crucible Brewing celebrates its 4th anniversary at its brewery and taproom in Everett. Each year they change up the theme of the party. This year is no different.

According to co-owner Shawn Dowling, “This year we went with Viking Days as our main theme, in part because we brewed our 100th unique beer recipe earlier this year named “Viking Juice,” a hazy and juicy beer made with popular Norwegian kveik yeast that’s been making the rounds recently. So in honor of 100 beers AND our four years on this planet as a brewery, Viking Days was born. It’s going to be one heck of a party and we hope to share this incredible milestone with all our friends in the brewing community and also to get a chance to thank everyone for their support.”

Here are more details about the event. Keep an eye on the Facebook event page for more info.

Barrel-Aged Beer Releases. Hearty and Robust Bourbon Barrel Aged Beers. Complex and Bold Barrel Aged Sours too! All aged in local Jp Trodden and Woodinville Wine barrels. And sweetest of all…all these beers are pillaged from Dick’s private stash…this guy has been hoarding this beer like a greedy dragon…we’ll teach him a lesson by drinking it all while he’s busy! 😉

More to come…

Throwing Axes and drinking beer can work up a big appetite. That’s why we’ve invited the one and only Ever’s Tacos food truck to the brewery to fill up those bellies! Evers is serving up delicious tacos, burgers, and anniversary specials too!

== Special Thanks ==

A BIG THANK you to everyone that has encouraged us, supported us, threatened, and taunted us into starting this crazy brewing adventure. We could never have made it this far without you our friends, fans and community. It sounds cheesy, but you guys make it all worth doing.
