Hale’s Ale Brewery presents the Harvest Brewmaster’s Dinner. Celebrate the harvest with Hale’s at this four-course beer and food pairing dinner. Beyond simply feeding you, Hale’s will also educate you. Hale’s describes the event as “A four-course dinner designed by our very own chef, paired with outstanding specialty ales that match each course.”

The chef and the brewer will discuss why each pairing works and will be available to answer your beer and food pairing questions. The brewery also promises that some of the beers served at this dinner will never see public release. Complete menu is below.

The event takes place on Monday, November 18th at the Hale’s Ale Brewery in Seattle. 7:00 pm.
Cost is $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Reservations:  (206) 782-0737
