Stoup Brewing Invites You to a Brewery-Warming Event on January 25th

On Thursday, January 25th Stoup Brewing will release the first beer brewed at its Capitol Hill location and you are invited to join them for the event. At the Brewery Warming Party, they’ll introduce Capitol Hill Hazy IPA. They’ll also offer tours of the brewery and a chance to meet the brewers and the owners. The event runs from 6:00 – 8:00.

Last summer, Stoup Brewing took over Optimism Brewing’s location in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Read our story about it here. The new-to-them brewery and taproom is Stoup’s third location: Ballard, Kenmore, and now Capitol Hill.

The owners/founders of Optimism Brewing still own the building, and to a large degree, the space remains unchanged. When they took it over, Stoup Brewing quickly stoupified the location to give it that Stoup feel. It took some time for the brewers to get up to speed on the new system and only recently brewed the first batch of Stoup beer at the location.
