Redmond’s Black Raven Brewing Company has gotten in the habit of rolling out a cask each Wednesday. Redmond’s Malt & Vine has done the same. The two make for a nice little mini cask crawl every humpday.
This week (tonight) at the Black Raven – Beaux’s Four Grain Funky Farmhouse Ale.  Barley, wheat, oats and rye combined with Styrian Goldings hops and a Belgian style yeast. Additional cask ingredients include nettle leaf, more Styrian Golding hops and bitter orange peel. ABV: 6.0%.
