Mark your calendar for Burcham Night at the Beveridge Place Pub

Burcham: a reason to get together for drinks with friends, or meet new friends, and enjoy good Washington beers.

Beveridge Place Pub, Monday, June 29th, 6 to 9 p.m.

Why Burcham?  It’s pretty simple really. See, our old friend Kevin Burcham was asking when the next Beer Church event would be and at the time he asked we didn’t have anything planned. He said, “You don’t need to have a big deal, just have a party at a local bar, and we’ll come have fun.”  Well, you know, we think he is right. So the Washington Beer Blog and Beer Church are presenting the first quarterly Burcham. A chance to mix, mingle and drink good beer.

The Beveridge Place Pub will have a solid lineup of Washington beers on tap, most of them for $3/pint. As a beer lover you probably know that The Bev has beer, not food. You are more than welcome to come and drink before or after dinner, or you can bring your dinner, or order in some Greek food or pizza. We hope to see you all there for the first of what we hope will be quarterly events.  No need to sign up – just show up.

  1. Just wanna say, what an AWESOME IDEA and what a lucky guy that Kevin guy is to have his name go down in history, as I’m sure it will, with a whole new meaning: “Burcham: a social event that brings good people together for no good reason except to drink good Washington beer.” Sorry to miss out, but cheers from India!
