Good Society Brewery Celebrates 4th Anniversary this Weekend

Join Good Society Brewery this weekend at either of its two locations and raise a toast to a successful four years.

Four years ago Good Society Brewery and Public House in West Seattle stood ready to open to the public at the exact moment in time when, suddenly and unexpectedly, nothing was open to the public. The brewery not only endured the pandemic closures, but Good Society won two impressive awards at the COVID-altered Great American Beer Festival that year: a gold medal as well as Small Brewpub of the Year. There have been many more accolades and many more medals in the time since. Now, the brewery is ready to celebrate its fourth anniversary.

Technically, the actual anniversary falls on February 14th. Still, since that date coincided with the Super Bowl this year, the brewery decided to hold off on the celebration until this weekend: March 8th and 9th.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been four years since we first opened our doors!” said Nick Burger, one of the founders of Good Society Brewery and Public House. “A lot has changed, but here we are, still making world-class beer out of our little West Seattle brewery. Join us this weekend for some great beer and fun! “

In West Seattle, at the brewery and pub, they’ll host an anniversary edition of Music Bingo on Friday, March 8th from 7:00-9:00 and Trivia on Saturday, March 9th at 3:00. Also, Lovely & Dapper will be on site from 3:00 to 7:00 selling cakes, one of which is a chocolate cake made with our Night Nurse Black IPA and vanilla buttercream.

At the Queen Anne taproom, they’ll introduce Music Bingo on Saturday, March 9th from 2:00 – 4:00.

“Both locations will have our 4th Anniversary Imperial IPA. We tapped Rye Hard with a Vengeance back on our actual anniversary and this weekend we will put last year’s version Rye Hard 2: Rye Harder on at both locations. Queen Anne will also get the last sixtel of the base beer Rye Hard.”
