Enjoy fresh hop beers and support a great organization on Sunday, October 12th in Renton
The Brewmaster’s Taproom invites you to the 9th annual Fresh Hop Auction & Raffle, a benefit event for All Mutts Great & Small. The event takes place at the bottleshop and taproom in Renton and offers a chance to contribute to a worthwhile cause as you enjoy fresh hop beers. Proceeds from the event directly benefit an amazing animal rescue organization based in Yakima. Those who follow the Washington Beer Blog closely know the reason why organizations like All Mutts Great & Small are near and dear to my heart. Rescue dogs are the bestcue dogs!
The event takes place on Sunday, October 12th. This year, with the help of two private donors, Brewmaster’s Taproom will be able to double every dollar raised. Along with the silent auction from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., and the raffle at 4:30 p.m., they’ll offer animal communication readings so you can learn all about how much you’re disappointing your pets! Sounds like fun! Plus some of the current residents at All Mutts Great & Small will attend the event for your snuggling pleasure.
The event announcement says, “We’ll continue with our annual auction with amazing items for the pup and beer lovers alike – a long weekend on the water in Anacortes, a brew day with Single Hill Brewing and a guided wine tasting from Casa Bruno Wines. Not only will 100% of every dollar we raise go to All Mutts, but we will be matching it up to $15,000. This year we are hoping to hit this benchmark that will put us over $100,000 total raised for All Mutts Great & Small, help us reach our goals!”
“Yakima is known for their amazing climate that brings us the world’s best hops, but they’re also known for the massive amount of wild and dumped dogs. The crew at All Mutts works tirelessly to take these pups, get them in shape and find them their forever homes. As an all-volunteer group, they are doing everything they can with their limited resources. We believe it’s our responsibility to say thank you to Yakima for what they give us, by giving back.”
