Beer release news from Airways Brewing

Airways Brewing just announced some beer release info that we want to share with you, in their own words.

Jumbo Juice Cans, Available Today

This juicy, hazy IPA is as close to a “flagship” beer as we’ll ever get. A blend of Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops lends amazingly powerful tropical flavors & aromas. When we package this beer, smells of fresh, sweet pineapple juice waft throughout the brewery. It’s hard not to lick the kegs. (We don’t BTW) (6.3% abv) $14/pack + tax.

Batch Number 747, Available Today, Cans at Tap Room Only

Named after our special Queen … This northeast-style IPA is dry-hopped twice – once during fermentation and once afterwards with a jumbo load of hops. Our super-expressive house English yeast works its magic with our hop additions (El Dorado, Mosaic & Citra) – producing notes of passion fruit, mango, lemon & citrus. (7.4% abv) $16/pack + tax. (Can quantities are extremely limited, so only 1 4-pack per person while they last.)

All the Way Up, Available Friday

We were down in Tacoma a couple months ago, yapping with Barry at Tacoma’s Pint Defiance Specialty Beers & Taproom. Barry & Alex (our founder) were kicking around some beer names and decided, what the hell, let’s brew a beer. It’s an IPA (shocking, right?). We used some ideas for a grain & hop bill that we hadn’t tried before. The result is a beer called “All the Way Up” and we love how everything came together. The flavor & aroma is both dank and fruity, courtesy of the Mosaic, Denali & Citra hop bill. Get this beer at Airways or Pint Defiance. (6.7% abv) $15/pack + tax.
