A very special beer dinner at Schooner Exact next Tuesday

This event is happening right in middle of Seattle Beer Week, which explains why it has yet to sell out. Too much other stuff going on. Any other time of year, you’d be out of luck. This dinner combines one of my favorite Seattle breweries with one of my favorite Seattle restaurants: Schooner Exact Brewing and Brad’s Swingside Cafe.

Sadly, the latter closed some time ago, but chef Brad Inserra is still around and he’ll be making a guest appearance at Schooner Exact where he’ll prepare an amazing dinner. Brad’s Swingside Cafe offered up legendary, authentic Italian cuisine. I got a bit verklempt when I heard they were closing. I’ll be there next Tuesday for this opportunity to once again experience Brads’ food. Join me? Wild boar and venison bolognese! I just gleeked.
