Upcoming pairing dinner at The Sixgill offers beer, cider & surprises

Most often, beer dinners focus on pairing beers from one particular brewery with various dishes. It doesn’t have be that way. Case in point, an upcoming pairing dinner at The Sixgill featuring beer from Two Beers Brewing (blog sponsor), beer from New Belgium Brewing, and cider from Seattle Cider Company. Also, the menu will include a very special surprise beer, which will be announced in the coming days.

Not too long ago, we attended a brewer’s dinner at The Sixgill featuring beers from The Bruery. The food, the beer, and the pairings were nothing short of salacious. I have no doubt that this dinner will offer a similar dining experience.

The upcoming dinner at The Sixgill happens on Sunday, January 12th at 6:00 p.m.  Tickets are $60, tax included. Reserve your spot. 206-466-2846
