Two barrel-soured beer releases from Sumerian Brewing



The COVID lockdowns were a real drag for a lot of reasons. But look on the bright side, the lockdowns spawned a lot of beer. Beers unexpectedly allowed to age to perfection. Barrel-aged sour beers, like these two beers from Sumerian Brewing, releasing this Friday. From the brewery:

Friday, October 1st. the much-anticipated RELEASE of TWO BARREL SOURS happens. Fermented with a Lacto yeast strain and a secret brewery strain isolated in 2015. Aged two years in barrel, absolutely a “Covid isolation” project! Therefore, naming them Isolation Peach Sour, and Isolation Raspberry Sour. ALC. 5.5% PH 3.4
