Updated Aug. 17 – Get your tickets now for this Saturday’s big beer fest in Tumwater. Below, I share a recent update from the event organizers. Below that, I share all the details about the event.

“We’re excited to announce the return of the Brewmentation Tent at this year’s Tumwater Artesian Brewfest!” said an announcement from event organizers. The Brewmentation Tent is presented by one of the event’s sponsors, Lacey, Capital, and Chehalis Extreme Collision Centers.

“The Brewmentation Tent is where brewing and experimentation meet! Four brewers will be featured and attendees will have the opportunity to meet the brewers, taste specialty brews (that you can’t get anywhere else!), and learn about how the beers were made. This year, the Brewmentation Tent will feature Reuben’s Brews, Matchless Brewing, Top Rung Brewing, and Fort George Brewing.”

Tickets are now on sale for the Tumwater Artesian Brewfest

The Tumwater Artesian Brewfest features upwards of 100 different beers from across the Pacific Northwest, as well as wine, cider, and spirits. Along with the libations, festivalgoers can also enjoy games like giant Jenga, cornhole, and more. Also, a stein holding competitions for those looking to flex their guns! The date for this year’s event is Saturday, August 20th.

The theme is Bring Brewing Back. The sentiment is a nod to Tumwater’s proud place in Northwest beer history. Tumwater is the original home of Olympia Brewing Company, a beloved Northwest brew that enjoyed international recognition. “Oly” was brewed in Tumwater for about a century; from 1896 through 2003, minus Prohibition. The festival takes place in the shadow of the historic brewery.

Tumwater Artesian Brewfest will feature 40 to 50 of the region’s breweries, each pouring multiple beers. The event takes place at Tumwater Valley Golf Course Driving Range on 10 acres of flat manicured grass so there’s plenty of room for tossing bean bags, relaxing, socializing, eating, and enjoying the music while you sip your beers. This is a 21+ event. Visit the event website for more details and to get tickets.

We are happy to welcome the event back as a blog sponsor this year and we’ll have more details about the event as the date nears. For now, mark the calendar and secure your tickets. Check out the video below. It’ll give you an idea of what the event is all about.
