Sumerian Brewing expands its beverage portfolio with Squeeze Hard Seltzer

Another local brewery has ventured into the realm of hard seltzer. For most, such a move represents the first diversion away from beer, but for Sumerian Brewing’s owners, it’s just one more product in their already-diverse beverage portfolio. (Wondering why a beer site is talking about seltzer, read this.)

Sumerian Brewing Co., is pleased to announce that they have just launched Squeeze Hard Seltzer as the newest member of their beverage portfolio,” said an announcement from the company.

Squeeze Hard Selzer was launched in April 2021 by Mark Ihrig and his wife Holly, the couple that owns Sumerian Brewing. Their beverage portfolio now includes Cellars Wine Club, Sumerian Brewing, KLEER CBD Water, and now Squeeze Hard Seltzer.

Holly Ihrig, one of the owners, says, “We are not taking one ounce of focus off Sumerian–we just introduced our new cans. Squeeze Hard Seltzer and Kleer CBD Water are entirely separate companies… We are adding to our portfolio is all.”

  1. We are so excited to see Sumerian Brewing is making a Seltzer water. We look forward to enjoying all their new flavors!

  2. There was a time when ciders were on the fringe. They found room in my drinking regimen. Maybe seltzers will too. Progress marches on.
