Calling all professional brewers! Sip Northwest, a beverage-focused magazine for which I am proud to write, is now accepting submissions for its fifth annual Best of the Northwest issue. It’s time for all of you Northwest breweries to assemble and ship your submissions.
The annual Best Of issue comes out in October, but the judging takes place in a matter of weeks, so now is the time to submit your best brews. The Best Of issue features the Northwest’s top picks for wine, beer, spirits and cider and will announce the winners in print to more than 120,000 readers. The top three winning submissions of each category will be awarded medals and the issue will also cover industry leaders, trends, travel and products. Submission guidelines can be found here.
The beverages will be tasted blind, with a panel comprised of the Northwest’s top palates, judges and industry professionals, whose verdict we will relay onto the pages of the issue. The goal is to provide readers with unique and original content pertaining to the best of Northwest beverages and create an overall greater consumer awareness and appreciation of our area’s liquid assets.
