Like everyone else, Postdoc Brewing has adapted to the situation. Among other things, it transformed a portion of the parking lot into a beer garden, greatly increasing its outdoor seating capacity. Although it feels a bit like Groundhog Day, the pandemic has not stopped time from marching on. Starting today Postdoc Brewing marks another year with its 6th Anniversary celebration.
