Orlison Brewing in Airway Heights, WA announces that it will soon have its own badge on Untappd. For those unaware, Untappd is a social media application that helps people share and track the beers they’re consuming.
The Orlison “Drink No Evil” Badge is just one in a string of noteworthy developments at the lager-focused brewery. Not long ago the brewery began packaging beer in aluminum cans. Very recently, the brewery expanded distribution to include Oregon. That means Clem’s Gold, Havanüther and Orlison’s other tasty beers are now available in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Local craft brewer unveils its latest social media endeavor
AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. (January 28, 2014) – Orlison Brewing Co., a Washington State-based craft brewer specializing in lagers, will soon have its own badge on Untappd, a social media community dedicated to the enjoyment of beer.
Beer lovers can earn the Orlison Brewing Co. “Drink No Evil” badge by drinking two (2) of the six (6) beers currently offered by Orlison Brewing Co. at any location. These beers include Havanüther Pilsner, Clem’s Gold Lager, Lizzy’s Amber Lager, Brünette Eurobrown Lager, IPL and Ünderground Stout. The “Drink No Evil” badge is available Feb. 1 – April 1, 2014.
“Untappd is an excellent app for both finding and reviewing new brews,” says Jason Miller, owner and partner at Orlison Brewing Co. “We’re the first craft brewer in Washington State to have our own Untappd badge. This badge will not only help to get our name out there; it will show more people what a clear, crisp lager really tastes like.”
Orlison Brewing Co. recently began canning its beers using 16 oz. cans. These cans are available in select locations throughout Washington State, Idaho and, most recently, Oregon.
Untappd is a social media app based on sharing and recommending microbrew and macrobrew beers from around the world. Members “check in” beers they’ve drank and recommend their choices to Untappd friends. Participants are encouraged to seek out and try new beers, and earn badges based on the different types of beers they experience.
