Sumerian Brewing owners, Mark and Holly Ihrig recently announced that they’ve launched a new company, HMS Brew Tech. Also, Sumerian has some new beer release information to share. Here’s the info in their own word:
We are in direct partnership with GSSM (China), a Stainless Steel Craft Brewing Equipment Manufacturer of high grade / food grade Stainless Steel and Craft Brewing products, for over 30 years. In January Mark and Holly purchased three new 30-barrel tanks from this supplier, and after using them, in production were so impressed they became a distributor with exclusive rights to sell complete customizable systems, fermenters and tanks in the U.S. HMS Brew Tech promises guaranteed quality, great pricing and quick turn-around times. Third time Bottling scheduled June 15th for the Narcissism IPA, Eruption Double IPA and Lucidity Pilsner, includes a first bottled, annual summer release of the Sargon IPA **available through Labor Day (only)**.
Sumerian brings INSANITY, released only ONCE a year. This limited IPA debuts as a featured pour on Friday, June 17th at the Washington Brewers Festival Father’s Day weekend! If you miss this at the brew fest, it will be available in the pub till it’s gone!

Pale Biere de Garde! A style that originates from the French speaking region of Belgium. Aged 5+ months in a French Oak Barrel that once held Grenache. Very Limited and available in the Pub-only. ABV: 5.8%
NW Pale on Nitro! Hop driven in signature “NW” style. Delivering a subtle body of NW Pale malts and hopped with Cascade and Simcoe Hops from Yakima Valley. Available in the Pub-only. ABV 5.5% / IBU: 36

Sumerian celebrates “All things Italian” with Ducati and Lamborghini Sunday, July 17 at 11-4PM! This partnering collaboration series event with VP of NW Ducati Owners Club – DESMO Northwest, Bellevue Ducati, Bellevue Lamborghini and the Lamborghini Club is a must see display event!
