Lucky Envelope Brewing celebrating its 7th anniversary

Seven years ago, Lucky Envelope Brewing opened its brewery and taproom in Seattle. You can read our story about the grand opening here. Since then, the brewery has won awards and otherwise distinguished itself by creating creative, innovative beers, many of which toy with new and exciting beer flavors. They call them “culturally inspired beers.”

On April 29th and 30th, Lucky Envelope Brewing celebrates its 7th anniversary. Here’s what they have planned for the occasion.

Description: It’s our 7th birthday and we have you to thank for drinking our beer! This special batch of Hazy IPA features silly amounts of Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hops throughout the whirlpool, dip, and double-dry hopping for intense citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Beer: Campfire Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (11% ABV)

Availability: Available Friday, April 29th on Draft and in Single 16oz Cans ($12)

Description: The Campfire Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout tastes like a cozy summer night at the beach. We brewed this limited release beer with Chinese smoked lapsang souchong tea, marshmallow, and graham cracker to create our version of s’mores in a glass.

Beer: Cuke Nukem Cucumber Sour with Calamansi Lime (5.7% ABV)

Availability: Available Friday, April 29th on Draft-Only

Description: A special birthday twist on our 2018 WABA silver medal-winning Pro-Am collaboration with our friend, Blake Doepker. House blonde kettle-sour brewed with real cucumber and calamansi lime, an aromatic citrus staple in Filipino cuisine.
