Great opportunity to get into the beer biz, in Ellensburg

A beer-focused bar for sale in downtown Ellensburg

Pretty Fair Beer recently closed its doors permanently. That is, the current owners have closed the business. However, Pretty Fair Beer is for sale. Soup to nuts, a complete and ready-to-roll beer bar in the heart of historic downtown Ellensburg, is up for sale. More specifically, the space is for lease and the equipment and furniture therein are for sale.

The business is located in a historic bank building known as the 420 Building. It is located at the corner of N. Pearl Street and W. 5th Avenue (Map). The renovated bank building was constructed in 1930 and oozes art deco coolness.

Pretty Fair Beer opened in the spring of 2020, stepping into a pandemic-impacted business environment that surely presented lots of challenges. In May of 2020, we introduced the business and its owners. You can read that story here.

Below I share the listing as it appeared on Craigslist, which also has more photos. Interested parties can contact taproom@prettyfairbeer.com for more info.
