Flycaster Brewing announces expansion plans

Last March I reported that Flycaster Brewing in Kirkland was for sale. Well, the brewery has now been taken off the market. After a couple of potential deals failed to reach fruition, owners Jeremy and Tara Eubanks have decided to keep the brewery and expand operations.

“After going through months of negotiations with a couple different buying groups, we have decided to keep Flycaster Brewing and grow it,” says Jeremy. “We are very excited about our plans to grow Flycaster Brewing in 2018. Our focus will be on expanding production and distribution reach with local bars and restaurants.”

In February, Flycaster Brewing will add two more 15-barrel fermenters and a 7-barrel fermenter to its production line. They also plan to bring on additional staff to focus on managing new accounts.

“We are extremely appreciative of the support that we have continued to receive during this process,” says Jeremy. “We are excited with the plan to keep Flycaster Brewing and look forward to continuing to bring beer to our faithful customers.”

To kick things off, Flycaster Brewing will host a Customer Appreciation event on February 10th with new cask beer releases, food and swag giveaways. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for details.
