Bushnell Craft Brewing in Redmond is expanding and moving. Well, kind of. Currently, Bushnell Craft operates a 3-barrel brewhouse at its taproom and restaurant near downtown Redmond. In an email sent out yesterday, the company announced that it is opening a second location: a bigger, 10-barrel brewery near the Redmond Ridge community on a five-acre plot of land. Here’s what Kempton Bushnell had to say about the new Bushnell Craft Brew Barn (pictured above).
Over the next few months you will see some changes and additions here at Bushnell Craft. We will rip all of the current brew operations out of our Tap Room in Downtown Redmond and move them to The Bushnell Craft Brew Barn on Redmond Ridge. Sitting on 5 acres in Redmond Ridge, The Bushnell Craft Brew Barn will be the home of our new 10bbl Brew House that we are anxiously awaiting. It will be the main hub for all of our distribution. It will be where we raise our own pigs for our famous Pig Roast, and one day soon will become an additional Bushnell Craft Tap Room.
We have no plans to move The Bushnell Craft Tap Room and Restaurant from its current location in Downtown Redmond. We love all of our patrons – without you none of this would be possible – we have no desire to take away your local hangout.
