The four-day event invites you to visit all of the brewery taprooms in Bellingham’s Sunnyland Brewery District. “A pub crawl of epic proportions,” it’s an opportunity to sample lots of beer and maybe win some prizes.

Today’s craft beer enthusiasts seem more interested in visiting brewery taprooms than attending beer festivals. The Sunnyland Fest in Bellingham takes place at eight brewery taprooms over the course of one long weekend. The object is to visit all of the taprooms in the Sunnyland neighborhood, each located within easy walking distance of the other, and sample beers.

Each brewery is creating unique, special beers for the occasion. Drink one of those or one of your favorites at each brewery, get your punch card stamped at all of the eight locations, and you’ll have a chance to win prizes. If it sounds like a daunting task, know that it’s a four-day event. The Sunnyland Fest runs from Thursday, September 14th through Sunday, September 17th. No tickets, no entry fee, no set schedule or route, just you and the beer.

“This is truly a pub crawl of epic proportions, and the chances of winning are the same whether or not you punch your card out first thing Thursday or last minute Sunday,” said an announcement from Kulshan Brewing. “So, please drink responsibly, and take your time to enjoy this beautiful amalgamation of breweries.”
