Bellingham Beer Week celebrates the city’s booming beer and brewery scene

Bellingham’s booming beer and brewing scene is worth celebrating. That’s the thought behind Bellingham Beer Week, which runs from September 9th through September 18th.

Over the course of 10 days, local breweries and bars will host special events, like Kulshan Brewing’s Olympic Beer Games, Chuckanut Brewery’s Oktoberfest, and the return of Barleywood Squares. Bellingham Beer Week will crescendo at the first-ever Uncommon Pairings event, which features five downtown breweries partnered with Ciao Thyme for curated food and beer pairing experience.

For more information about Bellingham Beer Week and the events, check out the website at http://bellinghambeerweek.com/. Also, the September 7th edition of the Cascadia Weekly will include a Bellingham Beer Week Guide with a calendar of events.

Bellingham Beer Week is presented by Tap Trail, the Bellingham-based craft beer media company that prints the annual Bellingham Tap Trail map and passport.
