Beer Release – two beers from Icicle Brewing

News today of two pending beer releases from Icicle Brewing. One represents the return of a favorite, the other is an all-new project. Here is the news straight from the source:

Icicle Brewing Company is happy/proud/excited to re-share with the world, their award winning, KHAOS KOLSCH! After a year-long hiatus, Kolsch is back on July 1st and only available at the tasting room & Munchen Haus Bavarian Grill & Beer Garden throughout the summer.

The other great beer we have coming out this month (July 13th) is the fourth installment of our Pale Ale Project. Like before, we can’t divulge any information about the beer, you’ll just need to come down and tell us what you think… we wanna know your favorite of the 4 pales we’ve brewed!

“Your Glass is Now in Session”

As the frigid water of Icicle Creek tumbles down the canyon, pouring over boulders, churning in eddies, foam and froth billowing from beneath, it dreams of one day becoming the greatest beer ever. A German Style Ale that delicately balances subtle fruit flavors and aromas with a subdued maltiness, a beer that’s fresh like an alpine spring and as crisp as a mountain breeze. It dreams of brewing up to be the refreshing Khaos Kolsch.

“Mystery in SV6”

Welcome back to Icicle Brewing Company’s Pale Ale Project. Last summer we brewed 3 different Pale Ales and this year we continue our efforts by releasing the 4th Pale Ale of the Project. Like before we can’t tell you much more than this Pale Ale uses hops, malt and water… besides that, it’s a top-secret recipe we keep guarded by a half-dozen rowdy brewers armed with a bad sense of fashion and poor table manners!
