Beer Release – Mystic Kiwi IPA, Silver City Brewery

Bremerton’s Silver City Brewery just released a new, limited-release IPA. They brewed Mystic Kiwi IPA with, among other things, locally grown Kiwis. Here’s the announcement.

Mystic Kiwi IPA

Limited Release. Available in 22oz bottles TODAY (Feb 18, 2021)

This super-fluffy, hazy IPA utilizes locally grown Kiwis from Bainbridge Island. The sweet and tart kiwi notes mingle with Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook hops that impart a myriad of piney, dank, and citrus fruit hop aromas that float along a pillowy base of oat, wheat, and milk sugar. The result drinks like a dynamic hop fruit smoothie.
