Sumerian Brewing of Woodinville releases a new beer today at the brewery, the Eruption Double IPA. The beer is ready to tap and is also available (draft only) for restaurant and bar accounts.
Eruption Double IPA: ABV 8.3% / 95 IBU: Erupting in aromatics and balanced bittering, this double IPA is hop loaded from start to finish. Cascade and Centennial create the base then the buildup begins with a double dose of dry hopping using Citra and Mosaic. The result leads to a rich mouthfeel with a light grain character and a clean balanced finish.
