Beer Dinner at Chambers Bay with Wet Coast Brewing

We just learned that Chambers Bay Grill is hosting a beer dinner this evening (Friday, February 12) with Wet Coast Brewing of Gig Harbor. As of 10:00 AM, seats are still available. It’s a four course dinner, plus an intermezzo and dessert. Menu is below.

“The only way we know how to celebrate Mardi Gras week is by indulging in great food and beer,” says Chambers Bay on their website. “Taste a fabulous lineup from Gig Harbor’s newest brewery, Wet Coast Brewing Company, matched with Northwest influenced Cajun cuisine created by Chambers Bay Chef Bryan Anderson and his culinary team.”
